About Us
DJ Bhoola has specialised training and certification in near vision diagnosis and treatment. He practices optometric vision therapy in addition to general optometry and is US-certified in his field.
DJ Bhoola is based at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Fourways as well as Edenburg Terraces in Rivonia, Sandton. He offers specialised services for visually related learning problems, Dyslexia and ADHD, as well as sports vision, vision training, concussion-related vision concerns, vertigo, contact lenses and primary care optometry.
In addition to comprehensive eye examinations and vision testing, DJ Bhoola is US-certified, bringing specialised knowledge and expertise to his practice. He also provides testing for cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration, as well as contact lens fitting, eyeglass selection and pre- and post-operative vision care.
Vision Solutions is committed to providing thorough, personalised care. DJ Bhoola reviews each patient's medical and eye history, performs a series of eye and vision tests, assesses eye focusing and movement, and discusses the overall evaluation of each patient's eye health. If an underlying eye condition is detected, he will recommend the appropriate treatment.
For patients who prefer an alternative to eyeglasses, Vision Solutions offers various types of contact lenses, including daily-wear soft lenses, rigid gas-permeable (RGP) lenses, planned-replacement lenses and extended-wear disposables. If you are considering an alternative to glasses or contact lenses, Vision Solutions can assess your condition to determine whether you may be a suitable candidate for vision correction surgery. Pre- and post-operative care is also provided to support a safe and successful recovery.
