About Us
Dr Markus Linzbacher is a Johannesburg born graduate of the University of Johannesburg with a masters degree in chiropractic (M.TECH Chiro). During his training Markus completed his thesis on "A COMPARISON BETWEEN CHIROPRACTIC MANIPULATIVE THERAPY, PROPRIOCEPTIVE NEUROMUSCULAR FACILITATION AND THE COMBINATION TREATMENT ON ANTERIOR PELVIC TILT".
After completing his academic component of the course, Dr. Linzbacher was enrolled into the Golden Key International Honour Society which was awarded to the top students of their respective studies.
Dr. Linzbacher has keen interest in a range of sports, he played squash on a provincial and club level for many years. His affiliation with sports essentially led him to study chiropractic. He enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions and is particularly passionate about treating sports injuries, back pain, neck pain and headaches. He has also treated a diversity of patients, ranging in age and conditions and to the likes of professional footballers.
Dr. Linzbacher creates a trusting environment by treating each patient respectfully and with empathy in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the patients pain and symptoms. His commitment in creating a relaxed treatment environment is the cornerstone of every patient's treatment plan. He strives to help as many people as possible, and to give each patient the best possible treatment. Successful treatments lie on the foundation of these qualities, coupled with extensive knowledge and an infectious enthusiasm - these are the traits that distinguish Dr. Linzbacher.
