About Us
Rosebank is a shopping Centre located in Johannesburg, open Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Fridays 9am-7pm, and Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays 9am-5pm.
In an effort to decrease the carbon footprint Rosebank Mall has embarked on a solar project, which will see the mall become less reliant on municipal electricity. Phase 1 consists of 1- megawatt AC systems and the project is expected to generate 9,918 000 Kw/h.
Rosebank Mall is a firm supporter of community and entrepreneurial initiatives and projects. Rosebank Mall supported initiatives such as Shoe Shine, I Was Shot In Joburg, Angels In Blue, Santa’s Shoe Box, and the Zinto Zinhle Project, just to mention a few. Through our partnership with Hyprop Foundation, we are looking forward to supporting more initiatives that have a positive contribution to the community.

About Us
The Zone @ Rosebank shopping centre is an integrated mixed-use development in Rosebank, Johannesburg providing retail, office and hotel space in the highly frenetic environment of the pedestrian oriented Rosebank retail node.
The Zone comprises of 5 separate buildings, namely The Zone, Regents Place, The Zone Phase 2, The Zone Boulevard and Cradock Square. The centre is located next to the newly refurbished adjoining and inter-leading Rosebank Mall. It is situated in the well established and fashionable Rosebank node within a high concentration of commercial points and the affluent surrounding suburbs of central Johannesburg and the Parks.
