Nomzamo Mkiva
Director | CA (SA), Registered Auditor
Nomzamo Mkiva has more than 18 years working experience in auditing, financial accounting and management. Her journey started in January 2000 from serving as a trainee accountant at Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP and completed the training contract after three years. During the period spent in an auditing firm she got involved in audits of amongst others: Eskom Generation, SAA Technical, Transnet Pension Fund, Khula Enterprise and Finance Development and National Productivity Institute.
On completion of articles, she worked for a number of financial services organizations including but not limited to Hollard Insurance, Sasria Limited, Nedbank Limited in various financial management and accounting positions for 10 years combined. Her vast experience ranges from financial accounting, financial and performance reporting, financial management, planning and budgeting, compliance, governance and risk management.
Hale Qangule
Director | CA (SA), Registered Auditor
Hale Qangule is a registered auditor and corporate governance consultant with more than 22 years of experience in the industry. He was previously head of Audit at Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP directly responsible for growing the audit division revenue with 14 partners reporting to him.
Some of his responsibilities included formulating strategies of growing the audit division whilst maintaining the highest professional standards and promoting the development of indigenous auditors and accountants.
