Dr. Kotze was awarded these degrees:
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) as well as Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C)
His degree included the following qualifications:
Diploma in Physiotherapy
Diploma in Dissection of the Human Body
Diploma in Theoretical and Practical Laboratory Diagnosis
Diploma in Meridian Therapy and Acupuncture
Diploma in X-Ray Spinography
His dream became his passion: He could now relieve pain, restore function and posture, therefore improving a person’s quality of life. Because he sees the patient as a whole: body, mind and spirit, his treatment is very successful.
After 14 years in practice he returned to the USA where he specialized in Sport Injuries, Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries and Work Injuries. He was also instrumental in writing the Workman’s Compensation Laws for South Africa while practicing part time in California.
He also qualified and is certified as a Radiography X-Ray Supervisor and Operator for the state of California, USA, Department of Health Services.
Accomplishments:
As a Registered Doctor of Chiropractic Dr. Kotze had the following achievements while practicing in Mpumalanga:
- Team Chiropractor for South Eastern Transvaal Rugby Team (now Pumas) for 12 years
- Chiropractor for local high school rugby teams from 1977 – 2006
- Team Chiropractor for Springbok Karate and Kickboxing team touring in Europe 1989
- Team Chiropractor for Springbok Endurance Horse Riders and horses in 2007 touring Argentina
- Chiropractor for the local marathon club until 2006
- Team Chiropractor for Belfast Toyota Rally drivers and navigators, in SA as well as Swaziland
