About Us

We understand that going to a driver’s licence centre can be extremely intimidating and time consuming. We want to hold your hand and guide you through this process in a friendly and professional way.
We provide a service that we would like to call, the VIP Renewal option.
We call it the VIP service, as we believe every client should be treated like the most important person on this day!
By providing this service, we would like to give you the easiest and most comfortable way of renewing your licence.

Services

  • Once the client has contacted us, for this package, we will request the initials, surname, ID number and preferred dates to make a booking.
  • We will then make the online booking on your behalf, keeping in mind the dates you requested.
  • Once we have the date, we will make contact and inform you of the booking and arrange the pickup time and address.
  • We will fetch you/the client from the address provided.
  • We arrange, pay, and take the client for eye test and ID copies. (If you have a preferred optometrist, you are more than welcome to go do the eye test there and bring it along.)
  • We will take the client to the testing centre (DLTC) and assist with the process (filling in forms, etc) as well as paying the fees.
  • After the testing centre process is complete, we will take the client to the police station to do an affidavit that gives us permission to collect their card on their behalf when it is ready. This way, you will have no need to go back to the centre for another 5 years!
  • We will then provide transport back.
  • When the card is ready at the testing centre, approximately 8 weeks later, we will collect it on the client’s behalf and drop it off at their premises.

The ONLY thing you need to bring, is yourself and your current ID. We will handle the rest!
