Just received a call from Connoissuer roofs regarding a quote I wanted them to compare for me. Firstly i did not state my telephone or cellular numbers on the email assuming they would just respond to my query via email, the gentlemen called through to my work and got a hold of me, he advised that he did not usually operate in my area but called anyway to get further info, he then advised me on the quote and said he would create a estimated quote for me.

I think that this really is going the extra mile, he could have just ignored the email (which unfortunately i am use to) since it was not in his area of operation. Well done!
